Shipping policy

Items are usually shipped within 2-3 days of order, we will inform you of the actual delivery day by email once your order is placed. If an item is being replaced it can take up to two weeks before delivery.

If you have a desired delivery date, please let us know at checkout, in the additional details box. We will confirm the closest delivery day to you by email.

IMPORTANT package sizes for verandas and pergolas are large. Please see the weights and dimensions Fact Sheet for further details

Included, driveway or kerbside delivery only, please ensure that there is free access to your property and you are available to handball or forklift offload the packages.

What do I do if my item arrived damaged? Your item should arrive in perfect condition, but if the item has been damaged in transit please contact our customer care team. Make sure you inspect your goods when you receive them to ensure you are happy there is no damage.

What do I do if my item is faulty? All of our products have a two-year warranty unless otherwise specified. In the unlikely event there is a fault, please contact our customer care team. See our refund policy
